FrameScore does not collect, process, or store credit card details, banking credentials, or full payment telemetry on our servers.
Our payment process is conducted by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides customer service inquiries and handles returns on our behalf.
FrameScore is sold exclusively as a one-time payment for lifetime access (this is not a recurring subscription service).
When completing an order, personal data provided during checkout is collected and processed directly by Dodo Payments in accordance with Dodo Payments' Privacy Policy.

Because payment data and official order history are retained by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record to fulfill accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, any formal customer Data Subject Requests (access, correction, or deletion under GDPR/CCPA) may be fulfilled in coordination with Dodo Payments.
