We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with FrameScore for any reason, you may request a full refund within this window — no questions asked.

Please include your order number and the email address used during purchase. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Upon issuing a refund, your FrameScore Pro license will be deactivated immediately. You will lose access to all Pro features, including unlimited scans, AI alt text editing, PDF export, and any other paid functionality.
Your account will revert to the Free tier and you may continue using FrameScore's free features without restriction.
Refund requests made after the 3-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds, credits, or alternative resolutions depending on the circumstances.
This refund policy does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under applicable local, national, or international laws. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, Australia, or any other jurisdiction with statutory consumer protections, those rights remain fully intact regardless of this policy.
