Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing FrameScore Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the FrameScore plugin. This license is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared with, assigned to, or used by any other person or entity without prior written consent.

The Free tier of FrameScore is available to all users under the same terms, subject to the feature limitations described on our pricing page.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute — Copy, share, or distribute FrameScore or any part of its code, assets, or functionality to any third party.
• Resell — Sell, sublicense, lease, or rent access to FrameScore to any third party.
• Reverse Engineer — Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of FrameScore, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Modify for Distribution — Create derivative works based on FrameScore for the purpose of distribution or commercial use.

3. Updates & Improvements

We may, at our sole discretion, release updates, bug fixes, new features, or improvements to FrameScore. While we strive to continuously improve the product, we are under no obligation to provide any specific updates, maintain backward compatibility, or support older versions of the plugin.

Pro license holders receive lifetime access to updates at no additional cost, as long as the product remains actively maintained.

4. Refund & License Termination

If a refund is issued under our Refund Policy, your Pro license will be immediately terminated. Upon termination:

• All Pro features will be deactivated.
• Your account will revert to the Free tier.
• You must cease using any Pro-only functionality.

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any of these terms, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

FrameScore, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of FrameScore and its creator(s). Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights to the product.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrameScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that FrameScore will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrameScore and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Errors or inaccuracies in audit results.
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of FrameScore shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of FrameScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
