1. License Grant & One-Time Purchase

Upon purchasing FrameScore Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the FrameScore plugin within Framer. This license is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access and is tied to your account identifier (Framer User ID).

This license is for the individual purchaser or designated Framer user account only and may not be shared, assigned, or resold without prior written consent.

The Free tier of FrameScore is available under these same terms, subject to feature limitations described in the plugin interface.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and payment-related customer inquiries on our behalf.

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with Dodo Payments' Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute — Copy, share, or distribute FrameScore or any part of its source code, assets, or functionality to any third party.
• Resell — Sell, sublicense, lease, or rent access to FrameScore to third parties.
• Reverse Engineer — Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of FrameScore, except where prohibited by law.
• Modify for Distribution — Create derivative works based on FrameScore for commercial distribution.

4. Updates & Improvements

FrameScore has just launched and is under active development. We may release updates, bug fixes, performance patches, or new features at our sole discretion.

Pro license holders receive lifetime access to software updates for FrameScore at no additional cost as long as the product remains actively maintained.

5. Refund & License Termination

Purchases are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee as outlined in our Refund Policy. Upon issuing a refund, your Pro license will be immediately terminated, and your account will revert to the Free tier.

We reserve the right to revoke or terminate your license if you violate any of these Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

FrameScore, including its source code, visual design, branding, logo, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of FrameScore and its creator(s). Nothing in these terms grants you ownership rights to the underlying product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrameScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrameScore, its creator(s), and Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or site downtime.

Our total combined liability for any claim arising from your use of FrameScore shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal frameworks. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith by contacting us directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed to reflect operational changes or regulatory compliance. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
